一碗牛肉麵，走過台南半世紀

1975｜故事的開始

洪家店從台南市公園路民安戲院旁、鄰近延平市場的一方小攤起家。隔年餘於原址租下店面，正式取名 「洪家店牛肉麵」，以真材實料與熟悉滋味，逐漸成為台南街坊的日常。

1979｜設立分店

於台南市民生路、忠義路口設立分店。除了牛肉麵，破豆干、辣味小黃瓜、涼拌豬耳朵等經典小菜，也成為許多老台南人熟悉的招牌滋味。

1992｜落腳永康

洪家店遷至永康市華興街並經營至今。一路走來，店址與時代不斷改變，不變的是傳承多年的料理手藝，以及陪伴一代代熟客的台南味。

2026｜老味新生

走過51年，洪家店以 「老味新生」 為品牌精神，開始經營自媒體、開闢網路市場，並推出冷凍食品，讓傳承半世紀的經典滋味，不再受距離限制，走進更多人的日常餐桌。

從街邊小攤到品牌經營，改變的是與大家見面的方式，不變的是洪家店始終堅持的味道。

一碗台南味，傳承51年，也繼續走向下一個世代。

A Bowl of Beef Noodles, A Tainan Tradition for Over Half a Century

1975 | Where It All Began
Hong Jia started as a small street stall beside Min-An Theater on Gongyuan Road, near Yanping Market in Tainan. A little over a year later, we opened our first storefront at the same location and officially became Hong Jia Beef Noodles, gradually becoming a familiar part of everyday life in Tainan.

1979 | Our First Branch
Our first branch opened at the intersection of Minsheng Road and Zhongyi Road in Tainan. Along with our signature beef noodles, classic side dishes such as marinated dried tofu, spicy cucumber, and pork ears became longtime local favorites.

1992 | A New Home in Yongkang
Hong Jia moved to Huaxing Street in Yongkang, where we remain today. Through the years, one thing has stayed the same—our commitment to traditional flavors and the taste generations of customers have grown up with.

2026 | A New Chapter
After 51 years, Hong Jia embraces the spirit of “Tradition Reimagined.” Through social media, online channels, and our new frozen food line, we are bringing our time-honored flavors beyond the restaurant and onto more tables.

From a humble street stall to a brand for a new generation, the way we connect may change, but the flavors we stand for remain.
